Blik 99 Ltd has modern technological equipment, which allows a completely closed production cycle:

For the successful implementation of the final product, Blik 99 Ltd has a modern mechanical workshop, equipped with high-tech machine tools with CNC control, like:

	CNC 5- axis machining center DMU 50 ecoline, with a range of axes - Х- 500 mm, У- 450 mm, Z- 400 mm
	Four-coordinate machining center Deckel Maho DMC 1035V with overall dimensions - Х - 1035 mm, У - 560 mm, Z - 510 mm, with CNC control that allows manufacturing items of metal, polyurethane and polyurethane-metal)
	Lathe Quick Turn Nexus 200 II X 1000 U with CNC of MAZAK, allowing maximum diameter of processing of workpiece ø 350 mmand a maximum length of processing 1021 mm.
	Lathe СУ 1250/ 5000, allowing maximum diameter of processing of workpiece ø 970 mm and a maximum length of processing 5000 mm

For manufacturing parts of polyurethane Blik 99 Ltd has also high-tech multicomponent machines for casting polyurethane, produced by BAULE and Unipre with electronic control.

The company works exclusively with recognized suppliers of high-tech polyurethanes of leading companies: Bayer, Covestro, Huntsman- Vantico, ERA Polymers.

The properties of the multi- component polyurethane systems we use, combine high chemical and abrasive resistance with preserved elasticity and strength, at preserved hardness from 20 Shore A to 75 Shore D.
